    As long as you can on as much skin as the law allows.

    Actually, it really depends on skin type and latitude. As little as 5 minutes of very early morning sun, 20 minutes of late morning and 20 minutes of early afternoon sun daily within the tropic zones is ideal for lighter skin, adjusted upward as latitude increases or skin darkens or light seasons shorten.

    1. Eat plants AND animals.
    2. Avoid poisonous things.

    6. Get adequate sleep.
    7. Play.
    8. Get adequate sunlight.
