  • I'll be 62 in September, and Primal all the way since the beginning of Feb! 45 lbs. lost in 2013 (already!)

Are 'we' called Primal's, or what?

    Here's my blog:

            • I've been blogging about finance and some other topics for years, but many family and friends recently noticed my weight loss that came after switching to a primal lifestyle. They have been pinging me for more info about the diet, and keep ignoring my recommendation to read Mark's books.

As such, I started blogging about my Primal Lifestyle here:

They did stop their day time naps by 2 yrs though.

                          • Hi everyone!

I've been blogging since 2012 at Worthy Pause.

It's a lifestyle, wellness and paleo food blogit's meant to be a collection worthy of a moment's pause. I love cooking real food from all over the world in a primal, healthy way that's accessible for everybody.

                            Self-promotion now over.
