    Stress is a feeling of physical or emotional tension. It can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, furious or nervous and to relieve physical symptoms you can use several methods.

    One of the most used techniques to combat stress is holistic aromatherapy with the use of essential oils. The essential oil that produces a lot of effect in people is the one that comes from Palo Santo, a sacred wood with a characteristic aroma.

    To combat stress and to have well-being in all aspects, do the following:

    Panic, stress and laboral anxiety: Apply a few drops on the chest at heart level, nose and the neck.
    Flu, allergies, asthma, migraine and bad mood: Apply a few drops on the chest at heart level, nose, sides of the head (temple) and the neck.
    Flu, allergies, asthma, migraine and bad mood: Dilute a few drops in water and dissolved vapors to the atmosphere with a diffuser of essences.
