    Hi! My name is Jenny, and I am 39 and a married mother of two boys (ages 16 and 6). I started transitioning to a Primal lifestyle in October 2011, and have since lost 77 pounds (I've gone from 310 to 232.6 and counting!). I eat very strictly during the week, and 80-20 on weekends. I have gone from a size 30 to a size 18, and recently bought pants that were not from the plus size section for the first time in my adult life. Mark Sisson's blog and books gave me the tools and knowledge I needed to pull it off, and I will be forever grateful to him and this community!

    How Primal are you: these days, pretty strict

    Do you consume dairy: butter and the occasional quality cheese

    Do you drink coffee or tea: tea

    Motivator for switching to Primal: Weight Loss

    Favorite exercise: hiking

    Favorite Primal food: steak!

    Best part about being Primal: having lost 77 pounds!

    Worst part about being Primal: the misinformed public!
