    Hi everyone,

    I'm a wife and mom to a two year old daughter. I've been eating somewhat primal since the beginning of this year, but I haven't been even 80% over the long-term. I had gained some weight over the Holidays and after starting low-carb and quickly transitioning to more of a primal (with dairy) outlook, so far have lost about 14 pounds. I had lost 19 but gained some back with a bad 2-3 weeks at the beginning of April. Anyway, I'm ready to get more serious and lose more weight. I would guess I need to lose about 30-35 pounds to feel comfortable in my body...of course I'm not so concerned where that number ends up as long as I look and feel good. I also need to make exercise more consistent. I'm looking forward to the support and encouragement I've seen while reading this forum. Thanks
