    I don't have one but it looks gimmicky. I'd think you would be better served to buy one of those doorframe pull up bars and just do push ups and other body weight stuff.

      Not as good for strength as simpler things like a chin/dip station.

      Probably mind-numbingly tedious to try to use for cardio past the learning stage.

      I would like to know what my ?ELEVEN? muscle groups are!

        You don't need that. Save your money. You can get a door way chin up bar and make your own suspension trainer for a lot less!!
