    I hit my record squat at approximately the 2:25:36 marker. My record deadlift at 9:20 near the end.

      Yup. Talk about shout out... lol... wish I had thought of that when Michael's great results went unnoticed, but then again it probably wouldn't have changed anything. Hope he will upgrade his pics at photobucket... we need to be reminded of his badassery again and again... and the great hair...
