    It doesn't add any flavor. It isn't going to make you expend energy you wouldn't otherwise expend. It can't make fat fall off at no cost. What's the point?
    That's pretty much it. One does save about 19 calories a tablespoon, so there's that. And as I mentioned, it's great for people with damaged bile systems. You can saute with it. In the winter, when coconut oil is solid in the cupboard, it's an easy alternative.

    That's about all I can think of as benefits.
