    Hi. I'm just starting the 21 day program. I've been reading over all the materials and I'm tiring to figure out how I want to plan my meals, etc. Does anyone have any advice for a newbie on how to do this as less complicated as possible? Thank you.

      I guess on how to structure my meals and I want to make sure that the foods I choose are primal approved.
