    My mom and I were wondering for an ideal multivitamin supplement for both of us.

    I'm currently on this (I'm a 16 year old male):

    Vitamin A: 15000IU, Vitamin C: 100mg, Vitamin D: 100IU, Vitamin E: 100IU, Vitamin B-1: 50mg, Vitamin B-2: 50mg, Niacin: 50mg, Vitamin B-6: 50mg, Folate: 400mcg, Vitamin B-12: 2mcg, Biotin: 75mcg, Pantothenic Acid: 7mg, Calcium: 250mg, Iron: 4.5mg, Magnesium: 250mg, Zinc: 20mg, Selenium: 75mcg, Copper: 1mg, Manganese: 2mg, Chromium: 50mcg, Molybdenum: 50mcg, POTASSIUM: 20mg, PHYTOGREEN: 100mg, BIOPERINE: 2.5mg

    My mom is 50 - any suggestions for her? Thanks!

      I'm taking this and I'm really happy with it:*.html

      It seems to have everything that I am looking for..

      Plus I take Vital Omegas:*.html

      Also adding more Vitamin D, now that Summer is over.

      I'm not really sure about age/gender specific vitamins for your Mom. I haven't read up on the subject...

        for men, I like Rainbow Light Men's Just Once.

        If your mom is past menopause, it's - oddly enough - a great one for her as well.

        for fish oil, it's best to:
        1) take it only if needed (track Ω3:Ω6 ratios in for a few days to see)
        2) take a fish oil higher in DHA than EPA. I like Now DHA-500 from very fresh, high turnover, best price per mg of dha/epa of the higher dha fish oils
        3)take only as little as is needed to balance Ω3:Ω6 ratios

          okay so my mom is still during menopause so i'm going to order the "menopause" one for her, from just once rainbow light

          for me, i'm going to get this one. Okay?

          is that okay for my dad as well? he's suffering from an autoimmune disorder right now as well, so he needs more energy.
