  • Eliminating Dairy- is Whey OK?

    I have an eczema issue I'd like to solve and so am going to cut out my daily greek yogurt and serving or two of cheese. Was wondering if a good whey protein isolate would be OK use? Any thoughts?

    If you are doing an elimination diet do it 100% for at least 4 weeks and up to 8 possibly. That means no whey. After you have a baseline of how elimination effects you then you can do a trial of reintroducing whey protein and assess if it makes any difference.
