    Hy my fellow PRIMAL friends.

    What are your opinions on POTATOES,PLAINTANAS,PUMPKINS VS FRUITS?

    We know that both groups shoot blood sugar up in the air and send insulin on a hell of a ride
    But as far as fructose goes... The first group has it only in traices and let us not forget RS!

    Im thinking bout swapping fruit with sweet potato or rice sometimes,in my fav chia or avocado pudding (nom nom. Just thinking bout it makes me hungryyy) The consistency,taste...could work.

    And when I think how you all love sweet potato pie or pancakes,hihi.

    So dear ones..PRO/CONS of each group. thank you!!

      I only see positivity in all the mentioned carbs They are after all whole foods with great taste, texture and different nutrients plus fibers. Go for organic versions.
      Take a walk on the wild side.

        I would eat all of those. I don't think elevating blood sugar is necessarily a bad thing. In fact, fructose will do it less than glucose.
