  • Upped calories and started to lose weight?

    Just this week, I've lost 1 pound from eating more calories than I did in previous months. I stayed the same weight for half a year, now. I probably added about 300-400 calories. Exercise, meal frequently, and diet food stayed the same: heavy weight training 3x a week and 20/4 hour eating window, along with carb cycling.

    Anyone know the reason for this? I could guess that I'm not drinking enough water, but I feel like I drink plenty to ease the hunger pangs.

    personally, i wouldn't consider 1 pound in a week even a loss -- since weight can fluctuate daily. however, if the numbers continue to slide you've solved your problem.
    As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.
