  • Supplement Checklist for High Entensity Exercise?

    -High Quality Fish Oil
    -A little bit of creatine
    -Generally good foods

Much to my dismay, as a full time college student with a part time job I cannot afford the Master Formula. I was able to find a high quality fish oil at a great price thanks to a little bit of luck and some intensive Robb Wolf stalking, but I am uncertain as to what multivitamin I should choose. After I read Mark's post about selecting a proper multivitamin (Mulling Multivitamins) I checked out a few stores and was somewhat confused and disappointed.

I hope from the bottom of my heart that someone with more knowledge or experience can guide me to a great value multivitamin (that will not give me cancer) by providing any of the following:

** A comprehensive hierarchy of great quality ingredients (in order of importance to the athlete)

** A list of ingredients and doses that should absolutely be avoided

** The pick of the litter of the multivitamin types/brands often stocked at stores such as Walmart, Target, GNC

** Tiny snippets of useful information, if you have any

** Potentially promising sources of information, if you have any
