As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.

Sprints will help with the belly fat. Also, are you doing lower body work as well?

45 seconds is too long for all out sprint. Shorten the time pd to 3o seconds and go all out. Also, everyday is too much. You need to recover longer so you can put more effort into your work. It sounds like you are over training.

You won't lose muscles mass from IF if you eat heavily during your eating block. Great that you don't believe in spot reduction as it doens't work. What really works more high intensity (CrossFit-like) metabolic workouts. Let me know if you want to try some and I'll program some really metabolic stimulating WODs for you.

I do HIIT on a treadmill - Run at 12MPH for 45 seconds and rest for 2 minutes with about 8 reps.

I do IF's 2 to 3 times a week. But am scared of loosing muscle mass.

I lift weights on the weekends in fasted state.

Just seems to me that my waist fat lost has plateaued.

By I do see more of the abs when in fast state or when I flex.

I do not believe in spot reduction of body fat.

I do no abs workout but focus on compound movements like dead lifts, squats.

        Thank you folks.

        God Bless

No much nuts but a hand full maybe twice a day.

I only do HIIT training 3 times.

Is there any HIIT metabolic body building training you would recommend?

          Thank You All

            How do you IF?
            I would cut the nuts.
Also, do you eat dairy? It could be that you have some kind of food intolerance
            that results in bloating.

At some point you may need to go down to 40g carbs per day (with sugar only making up 10-15g). Plus some cardio. For a short period of time, maybe as much as a month. Then return to current diet.

For me the smallest amount of beer or wine go straight to my belly. After cutting out both for the most part my stomach fat just started disappearing. However, the love handles are still hanging in there:-(

I haven't seen any decent research to suggest that this has a lot of merit. I know a lot of people say it, but until I see some good data I'm not buying it.

Agree, although it would be pretty easy for an individual to test how that affects them.
