    So I have all this whey in my fridge from making yogurt like a week ago. Anyone know if I can culture more yogurt using it?

    I remember Sally Fallon Morell being a HUGE fan of using whey starters for her vegetable ferments. I remember Sandor Elix Katz saying something on the order of, "veggies have natural lactic acid, whey is pointless and unnecessary in veggie ferments, just relax and be a little more patient."

    And yes, I belive you can.
