  • Crème fraîche?

Lately I seem to put it on everything.
    Regular store bought.

    Do or don't?

    Thanks.

Yeah, I don't even know what's in it or what other ways it can be made. You have ingredients and preparation info?

Creme fraiche is basically European style sour cream. I've been buying it a lot lately. I made a delicious horseradish sauce the other night, added it to the pan juices in my pork chops, used it as the binding agent in a zucchini casserole, stuff like that. I've been getting rave reviews on my cooking because of it. It's amazing how a little butter and cream makes people think you're some kind of fabulous cook.

if you buy real cream, not the ultra-pasteurized stuff, it's super easy to make and much cheaper than store-bought.
As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy and to make plans.
