  • PMS and Olives...

    I'm a week and a half into this crazy wonderfulness that is Primal, and PMS has hit. Normally my go-to is a bag (or three) of salt and vinegar potato chips and a block of Hershey's. I'm not finding myself craving sweets at all, but the sour-and-salty cravings like to have killed me. Found a jar of jalapeño-stuffed queen olives and OMG. I've gone through the whole thing. I know it's technically a processed food, but it's better than chips right? Should I be worried about excessive consumption of olives? How much is too much?
