The caramelised juices on the tray when I've roasted pumpkin, beets and/or kumera tastes like toffee. And ginseng tea seems a lot sweeter these days

I'd have to say dark chocolate like around 78%-85%. I had a piece of real chocolate and had to spit it out!

Milk chocolate does taste funky and fake now. I can't say I've stayed away from sugar sooo long that I can't handle sweet(trust me, I can lol) but milk chocolate is really gross now.

I agree, its hard to indulge on milk after getting used to eating dark.
Stevia on the other hand, I love it. I've been using it for years though, so its something of an aquired taste for me. Sugar has an weird aftertaste that I can't handle anymore(strange huh?)

It is indeed! I just started using stevia and my main reason that I got it was when my family comes over they like Splenda in their coffee so I thought it would be a better choice and I tried it in my greek plain yogurt and it is sweeter but it def. has an aftertaste that I"m not sure I like.
