    started a topic Binge! Help!?

    Binge! Help!?

(Primal for a long long time with not primal binges)
    BLAAAAAAAH!
I successfully completed one week of a leptin reset! WOOHOO! Then I decided to eat some chocolate, and pretty soon I could not stop. An extra large hershey (Dark). This started my first primal binge.
TONS of Brussel Sprouts, Tons of eggs, Fruit, Chicken, Lots of carbs.... I feel so disappointed in myself. I look about 15 pounds heavier too. In my thighs?!!?!?

I'm mostly venting. But I hate when this crap happens. It was so uncontrollable! Trust me I tried. I went on a small sprint. I feel like I've gained a million pounds. BAH! Well.... While the night is young any tips? Hints, advice, comfort?

I most certainly am not hating myself.
And the occasional chocolate is fine. I hadn't expected it to trigger me.

Yes. Tape your hands together or your mouth shut. Then you can't put food into it. That said, I think Louisa was joking. These things happen. As Louisa also said, forgive yourself and start over.

Yeah, duct tape. It's the cure all for any type of house repair, bike repair..shed repair.....anything that needs holding together could use some duct tape. If you can't control your binging, get some duct tape and tape the pie hole :-)

Is my leptin reset compromised...? Am I holding onto my carbs?
