    I had lunch at an Asian buffet today that was pretty good as those places go, though I'm sure I got plenty of crappy oils. One of the dishes was Saury, a whole fish about 10" long with skin and bones intact. It was quite oily and fishy, but still delicious. There is one mention here - - and I found a recommendation online to grill it. It seems to be like a small mackerel. Does anyone eat this? Any suggestions on preparing it? I'm going to check out a Korean market to see if they have it.

    I have seen it in cans at Asian grocery stores but I have never tried it because I didn't know what it was. Maybe I will pick some up next time I buy Mackerel.
