    I think I grew some.

Normally I go to bed and get up late, have a smoothie + protein around 10, a big meal of meat & veg around 2, and a fairly big meal around 10pm.

I'm just back from 5 days staying with a friend. I got up & had a couple of eggs and some veg around 7.30, and then we'd go out for most of the day and generally have one other very small meal - vegetables/ salad and cheese, usually - any time between 4 and 6pm. Maybe a snack (also veg/cheese) earlier, maybe not.

I was anticipating being hungry and exhausted, but it never happened. Tons of energy, good mood, cuts and bruises (from falling down the attic ladder in the morning... heh...) healing nice and quickly, almost never hungry.

None of this seems like much, I know, but for me it's something of a revelation. All the routine of 3 meals a day etc turns out to be completely unnecessary. Who knew?

(And now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to fry a large slice of lamb's liver with some bacon.)

It kind of is. Seems I just found another thing not to worry about.
