      After:

Me after one month primal. I was much much worse than this. I was already primal when the first photo was taken.

I was still pretty tired on the low carb flu haha.

      Will keep it going.

        • fps and Raiken: I can TOTALLY see differences between your befores and after. FPS, the most striking change so far is in the face And I definitely see a decrease in the belly, Raiken. Great jobs, keep at it!

          • Josh, wow! Already such progress. Love the hair, it really suits you. Any idea of the weight difference between the two pics?

Raiken, that's outstanding. Visceral fat is shrinking fast. Do those pictures capture all 32 pounds of weight lost so far?

I lost 30 pounds. I'm down to about 206, though I had a really big dinner last night and would expect to have gained at least 3 pounds or I'll be very disapointed.

              • One trend that I notice is that a lot of y'all are slouching in your pictures - try to stand up straight with your shoulders back but relaxed! Your back will thank you for it!

Josh and Raiken - great job so far! I can't wait to see how happy you look once you're a little further along!

I also believe quite strongly that posture improves once you get rid of all these huge wads of fat pulling your spine in strange ways. I had serious structural work (rolfing) done on me over a year ago now and Ive become super aware of mine and other peoples' posture since.

                  • Not only that, but good posture just has you feeling better about yourself overall, not to mention giving your internal organs the room to do their job properly.

                    • This thread is so inspiring! I notice the difference in the last two guys...its amazing!

I too am a posture freak. It really does make a huge difference in how your body seems to distribute the weight that is on it...even when your heavier than you would like. And it improves the energy and breathing so much!

                      • ...sorry forgot to include details the latest pictures are at 241 the ones before were at 249 so only 8 pounds difference. I must be just horrible and judging looks than ....maybe I'm not ugly as I think either :P....actually scratch that I don't think I'm that bad looking...but I don't really know how to gauge since I'm certainly not good looking enough to get compliments....if I were to rate myself ...just guessing I would be a 3-4 out of 10.

Probably my poor self image talking...hoping I can improve on that over time as well.

                        • It has been a while so I wanted to do an update. I finally reached 145lbs, the top end of my "ideal" weight for a female my age and height and a milestone for me. I'm looking to lose at least another 15 pounds. I tend to lose slowly but I don't mind how long it takes. I'm getting there.
